Measure your head to figure out what size you need.
The easiest way to do this using a soft measuring tape, but if you don’t have one, you can use the cord or cable to charge mobile phone and then compare it with a ruler or hard measuring tape.
You should measure the head circumference and you’ll want to wrap the measuring tape, starting from the middle of the forehead just above the eyebrows, and then around the head above the ears and around the head to the middle of the forehead where you began.
In simpler terms , you want to measure your head where it usually sits your hat, or where you imagine that a helmet is worn on the head just above the eyebrows.
