A SPECIAL HEADGEAR!
Hats and long hair are always a problem in winter, I speak from my own experience! The solution is the headband. Enough space for the hairdresser and still warm ears. Great, of course, for long hair or dreadlocks, which usually never fit with an elegant cap
As can be seen in the pictures, the headband Winter Dream can be worn very variable. Of course, it looks great with a hat pin, with which you can connect it artistically in different ways.
You can order this warming headband made of 100% virgin wool in indigo blue, chocolate brown mud or grey, but you can discuss other color wishes with me.
Worn as a cap, this headband leaves room for long hair or dreads – tip: turn the edge once and you have a brim like a hat.
Worn as a headband, you can smash this headband in the middle and so you get a small decorative seam, or you use a cloth or hat needle (hat needle not included in the price, but you can also find it in the shop) or brooch to get it together in the middle or side. Tip: If you have a rounder face shape, stretch the gathering in the middle. With a more oval face shape, lateral gathering is beneficial.
To the fabric:
100% wool
Loden is traditionally made from virgin sheep’s wool (obtained by shearing/combing of live animals), despite intensive efforts by the chemical industry, it has not yet been possible to artificially produce this special fiber, sheep’s wool.
The peasant population of Europe (especially in the Alpine region) used this resistant fabric to produce coats and blankets.
Some of the characteristic, positive properties
– water-repellent (due to the elaborate processing of the virgin wool, the rolling, the loden is not only resistant and warmer but also water-repellent.
-windproof
-dirt resistant (woollanolin)
-breathable (sports activities!)
-temperature balancing…. just to name a few.

Care/washing instructions:
actually, it is enough to hang the headband out overnight and then knock it out in the dry state, but you can carefully wash it either cold with hand wash or in the wool program, do not spin and best use natural detergent such as chestnuts or ivy, alternatively baby shampoo. It is best to dry lying down.
More accessories made of this fabric can be found at the cuffs. Matching the coats and vests.
