This helmet, modeled by the talented artist BigFredsCustoms, is based on the live action Clone Trooper helmets seen in the Obi-Wan, The Mandalorian, and Ahsoka.

As an optional add-on, we present the remarkable Clone Trooper foam helmet lining from WSCustomLiners. This lining mirrors the in-universe appearance and is crafted entirely from dyed, comfortable foam—a true testament to comfort and style.

What sets us apart at Intrepid Dawn is our commitment to unparalleled print quality. Unlike many vendors who conceal their raw print quality by showcasing finished pieces in their listings, we proudly display our items directly off the printers with supports removed in our listing photos. We invest in high-quality, custom-built industrial machines to ensure a superior standard of production, ultimately saving you valuable time with significantly less pre-painting preparation, such as sanding or filling.

Our Clone Helmet, printed using premium PLA+, is designed to be modularly printed and assembled to keep the printed pieces as clean as possible. It uses the same assembly as the original ABS helmets from the original trilogy. It will be printed all in white if possible though we reserve the right to use whatever color is necessary based on supplier availability.

Please note that this is a KIT, requiring the buyer to sand, paint, and assemble the helmet to meet their final standards.
